A victory in court on Monday for Trumbull County parents trying to get school busing for their kids.
The 6th District Court of Appeals ruled that the Brookfield School District must provide transportation to students attending John F Kennedy High School in Warren. The legal battle has been in the courts for over two years.
Brookfield had argued that busing the students was impractical and costly. They offered to settle with the parents involved in the lawsuit.
