Inmate Stabs Fellow Inmate with Pen

A Trumbull Correctional Institution inmate will serve three additional years behind bars after admitting to stabbing a fellow inmate.

Prosecutors said Raymond Foy used a pen to stab inmate Jamel Williams in the neck area. The victim was not seriously injured.

Foy is currently serving about nine years on aggravated robbery charges out of Stark County.

His but needs to stay there 20 more years if hes gonna be dumb enough to stab someone while already in prison....it's called institutionalized. (sad)
