Youngstown police have arrested a man for exposing himself in public.
A police report says officers found 27-year-old Jerome McGee walking down Mahoning Avenue near West Heights on Saturday, with his hands down his pants.
Police have received numerous complaints over the past few months about the man fondling himself in public.
McGee was taken to Mahoning County Jail.
