Howland Police have identified 21-year old Cameron Murry as the man found shot to death last night in a quiet neighborhood.  The investigation continues and we have the 9-1-1 tape.  It was a typical Tuesday afternoon in this quiet condominium complex in Howland, then suddenly, things changed.

DISPATCHER: "911, WHAT'S YOUR EMERGENCY? CALLER: WE HAVE A GUY DOWN BLEEDING IN THE DOORWAY IN HOWLAND, OHIO. 911 DISPATCHER: IS HE ALIVE? CALLER: IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT. 2200 THE DOOR IS WIDE OPEN."

The call came from a construction worker, getting ready to head home for the day.

Paul Monroe, Howland Police;  "WE RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT A MAN THAT WAS DOWN, IN THE DOORWAY OF 2200 SANDPIPER TRAIL IN HOWLAND, WHICH IS AN UPSCALE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX. WE FOUND CAMERON MURRY, WHO WAS A RESIDENT OF THAT DEVELOPMENT LAYING FACE DOWN IN THE DOORWAY. CAMERON HAD BEEN SHOT TO DEATH."

Murry had been living in the complex for about four months. Police say they have never had any problems with him before. At this point they have not named any suspects, but are looking into whether his death is tied to two other persons that were shot around that same time.

Monroe;  '"CURRENTLY WE ARE PURSUING MULTIPLE LEADS, AND LOOKING AT SEVERAL SUSPECTS, WITH THE COOPERATION OF THE WARREN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING INTO TWO SHOOTINGS WHICH WE BELIEVE THERE IS A POSSIBILITY ARE RELATED TO THIS SHOOTING."

Police have not said who those two people shot are, however they did say, its pretty unlikely it was merely a coincidence they were shot around the same time.
