Will the charges against a Lawrence County boy, accused of a brutal double murder, be dropped?  That is what his attorneys are asking the judge to do.

Jordan Brown, 11, is accused of killing his father's pregnant fiancee, 26 year old Kenzie Houk.  Police say Brown shot Houk in the back of the head as she slept inside their Wampum home back in February.  The shooting killed Houk and her unborn child.

Attorneys for Brown say there is no evidence linking Brown to the crime, so they are asking the judge to drop the charges.

Brown, who has already pled not guilty to the charges, is being tried as an adult.

A hearing on the matter is set for 10am Thursday morning.
