The first flu shot clinic in the Valley that will have the H1N1 vaccine is set for next Thursday at Clear Channel Radio in Boardman.

The H1N1 vaccine will be available at that time to pregnant women only. The clinic is scheduled for 9am to 3pm on Thursday, October 22 at the Clear Channel Building located at the corner of Tiffany Boulevard and South Avenue.

Ohio first responders are among the first people being given the H1N1 vaccine. Columbus area firefighters received it Wednesday, choosing between the shot or a nasal mist. Most chose the injection.
