One of three men accused in a botched robbery attempt at the Galaxy Seafood restaurant last April was convicted Wednesday.

Nathaniel Dumas was found guilty of aggravated robbery and felony murder by a jury in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. One of his alleged accomplices, Warren Wright, was killed by an off-duty police officer working security at the time.

Dumas is looking at 28 years to life in prison. Sentencing is set Friday.
