Foster Parent Guilty of Child Rape

A man from Minerva has pleaded guilty to rape charges.

Sixty-seven-year-old Clarence Davis entered the plea in Mahoning County Court Monday morning. Proseuctors say Davis assaulted three children while they were in foster care. He will be sentenced at a later date.
