The health care system filed reports this month showing it finished 2006 with a four million dollar profit, that's compared to a twenty-three million dollar loss in 2005.

Forum has been working with an investment banking firm to sell its health care operations to new owners.

So far, Beeghly Medical Park and Beeghly Oaks long-term care center have been sold.

Akron Children's Hospital is buying Forum's Beeghly Medical Park for twenty-six million dollars.
