A judge is set to sentence the central figure in a sexual harassment scandal that brought down Ohio's former attorney general on unrelated theft in office and other charges.

Anthony Gutierrez was Attorney General Marc Dann's general services chief and his roommate at a Columbus condo where the two men and a third cohort hosted booze-filled parties with young female employees. Dann resigned in 2008 under pressure from Gov. Ted Strickland and other fellow Democrats.

Following subsequent investigations at Dann's office, Gutierrez pleaded guilty to several charges, most involving his private construction business in Youngstown. As part of a plea deal, attorneys recommended he serve 45 days in jail and pay restitution to the state.
