City officials in Farrell are hoping for another good turnout Tuesday evening for the second in a series of community meetings to address crime and other problems in the area.

More than 200 attended the first event a couple weeks ago at the Farrell Municipal Building. Mayor Olive McKeithan organized the session after a series of violent incidents rocked the community, including the murder of businessman Bill Basilone in late December.

Tuesday's meeting will include a presentation by Fr. Greg Maturi of St. Dominic Church in Youngstown, who will be discussing his efforts to reclaim the St. Dom's neighborhood on the South Side with "Operation Redemption."

The program will begin at 6 p.m. at the Farrell City Building on Roemer Boulevard and the public is encouraged to attend.
