An appeals court says a convicted child killer is not mentally disabled, and could be executed.

Judges in the 11th District Court Appeals say Danny Lee Hill failed to prove that he has a mental disability, despite his attorneys saying it should keep him from the death penalty

Hill was sentenced to death, after being convicted of killing twelve year old Raymond Fife in 1985, and at the time, his attorneys claimed he was mentally disabled, which would have spared him from execution.
