The Warren Harley Davidson on Elm Road in Cortland is sponsoring the Burn Out Hunger food drive until Nov. 20. Donations are being accepted for the Warren Family Mission.

Canned food donations are being accepted at the store. Every person who donates will get a ticket for a chance to win a prize donated by area businesses.

"So far, we got some really awesome stuff," said Roy Mason, of Warren Harley Davidson. "It gives people an incentive to come in and donate some stuff and win some cool prizes. They could walk away with something great."

Pastor Chuck Gantz of the Warren Family Mission said they really need food donated now so they can make sure everyone is able to eat this holiday season.

He noted that the Woodforest National Bank, located inside the Walmart Supercenter on Elm Road, is also sponsoring a food drive. Gantz said help from the community is desperately needed this year.
