One of the men accused of killing a Youngstown man back in October was arraigned on Tuesday.
Eighteen year old Joshua Dixon pled not guilty to charges of aggravated robbery, murder and felonious assault. Dixon was arrested for shooting William Howell at his apartment on DuPont Street in the Briar Hill section of the city.
Dixon will be back in court for another pre-trial in the next 30 days with a jury trial set for the first week in August.
