Woodridge Ends Girard's Undefeated Season

The Girard Indians saw their undefeated season come to an end with a 34-20 loss to Woodridge Saturday night at Uniontown Blue Streak Stadium.  The Indians racked up 486 total yards on the night in the setback, compared to 321 for Woodridge.

Tallen Birmingham finished the night with 135 rushing yards on eleven carries, while Quarterback Adam Charles compiled 109 in the defeat.

The Indians finish the season with a record of 11-1, while Woodridge advances to face Chagrin Falls in the Division IV Regional Finals.
