The team of special prosecutors looking into issues surrounding the purchase of Oakhill Renaissance Place by Mahoning County will be getting a little more time.
A judge has agreed to extend the term of the current county grand jury beyond next week when it would have expired.
Prosecutors have met with the panel a number of times in recent months, but they claim they still have more evidence to present.
The extension does not put any limits on how much longer the grand jury will be held.
