Lawyers for some of the defendants in the Oakhill Renaissance case say Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul Gains is ignoring a ruling from the Ohio Supreme Court.
Earlier this month, the High Court ruled Gains and two of his assistants could be questioned under oath as part of a lawsuit filed by lawyers for Anthony Cafaro Sr. Papers filed this week say Gains and his assistants refused to answer hundreds of questions about the case.
Defense attorneys are now asking the Supreme Court to order Gains to answer the defense's questions.
