The judge's chambers were packed Thursday morning as nearly a dozen attorneys and representatives met with the visiting judge in the Oakhill Renaissance case.

Lawyers for the seven individuals and three companies filed into a closed-door meeting with visiting Judge William H.Wolff Jr., to set hearing dates and discuss evidence. They set a tentative trial date for June 6.

Two of the accused, County Commissioner John McNally and former Treasurer John Reardon, were also present at the hearing.

Special prosecutors say they can prove that several area business leaders, and current and former officeholders, illegally tried to stop Mahoning County from moving Job and Family Services from the McGuffey Plaza, owned by local businessman Anthony Cafaro, to Oakhill Renaissance Place.
