The back-and-forth between the two sides in the Oakhill Renaissance purchasing case continues.
Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul Gains is now requesting records and documents from both the county Auditor and the county's Internet Technology Board pertaining to Oakhill.
Earlier this month, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled Gains could be questioned under oath as part of a lawsuit filed by attorneys for Anthony Cafaro.
The suit claims Gains used his position to further the investigation against Cafaro and others, which ultimately led to a 73-count indictment in the case.
