Jeff Chrystal's Foil-Wrapped Veggies with Chicken with Asiago Cheese
Foil-wrapped veggies:
INGREDIENTS
Red potatoes
Sweet onion
Sweet red peppers
Hot banana peppers
Kosher salt
Jeff Chrystal seasoning or your favorite blend
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
-- Thinly cut vegetables and place them all on the dull side of the foil (shiny side out.)
-- Sprinkle some kosher salt and your favorite seasoning on them, along with a little bit of oil.
-- Wrap them up, and then double wrap.
-- Place them on the grill about 40 minutes before your raw meats.
Chicken with Asiago Cheese:
INGREDIENTS
Two chicken breasts
Zucchini
Beefsteak tomato
Romano cheese - finely grated
Asiago cheese
Jeff Chrystal seasoning or your favorite blend
DIRECTIONS
-- Thinly cut the chicken breasts into halves or thirds.
-- Sprinkle them with your favorite seasoning blend.
-- Put them on the grill (cooking for about 8 minutes)
-- Cut the tomato in half, sprinkle with the Romano cheese and seasoning, and put on the grill.
-- Cut the zucchini in half, sprinkle with seasoning and place on the grill.
-- After the tomatoes and zucchini are cooked, put the zucchini on top of the chicken, the tomato on top of the zucchini, and put the Asiago cheese on top of that.
-- Cook for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted.
