Jeff's Hot Sausage Pasta
INGREDIENTS
1 pound of Italian or hot sausage
1 jar vodka sauce (He likes Classico sauce)
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 onion chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 box of spaghetti of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the sausage, then remove from heat and cut up.
In same pan press the garlic, and then cook garlic, onions and peppers until they get soft and caramelize.
Return the sausage to pan, and add jar of sauce.
Simmer for ten minutes.
Add over cooked pasta and serve.
