Raw Cream of Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 cups distilled water
- 3 Tablespoons white miso
- 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon fresh Jalapeno pepper
- 6 oz. organic fresh spinach ( about 3 cups, well pressed in cup)
- 1 cup raw Macadamia nuts ( soaked, rinsed and drained)

Place all ingredients in Vitamix.  Blend until all ingredients are creamy.  Serve cold or room temperature.
