Tools:
Pastry bag or plastic Ziplock bag
Icing Tips (found at any craft store): leaf tip, small round tips, large round tips
Assorted Candies: Green Sprees, White M & M's or Candy Pearls, Red Cinnamon Hearts, Caramel Color Candy Corn, Orange Sugar
Icing and Colors: Black, Orange, Green, Purple, White
Cupcakes, any flavor baked in a bright baking cup or placed in a bright cupcake wrap.

Directions:
Ghosts: Create a base in purple icing (or whatever color you prefer). Pile up ghosts with a round tip like you are making an ice cream cone. Add black eyes and mouths.

Jack-O-Lanterns: Pile up orange icing on cupcake. Dip in orange sugars. Pipe eyes, nose, mouth with black icing. Add a Caramel color candy corn upside down as your stalk. Add tendrils/leaves with green icing and a small round tip.

Black Cats: Use a leaf tip to create the fur out of black icing. Add green sprees for eyes, white M & M's or Pearls for cheeks, Cinnamon Red Hearts for nose and tongue. Pipe black dots in the eyes, and add black eyebrows. For the ears, stick the candy corn in pointy side up. Using the leaf tip, add black fur to the candy corn.
