Apple Stuffed Prime Rib Roast
Stuff a pork prime rib roast with:
Apples
Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Then rub it down with Kansas City butcher rub
Pour in a bottle of hard apple cider (or you can use regular cider)
Cook on low for 4 hours
