Ham, Fresh Green Beans and Potatoes en crème

-5 Idaho Potatoes, peeled and sliced
-1 Diced Onion
-2 cups of Fresh Green Beans - diced
-1 pound Ham - cut into strips
-1 1/2 quart of Heavy Cream
-1 cup Flour, 1/4 pound of Butter and Flour Kneaded together
-Fresh Rosemary
-Pepper
-1 Sliced Red Pepper
-1 tablespoon Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
Add diced onion, and half of the flour and butter mixture to Crock Pot
Then layer potatoes, green beans and ham
Cover with heavy cream and the rest of the flour and butter mixture let cook on medium for 4 hours
1/2 the time with the lid off so the cream can reduce
Let sit for 1/2 hour with no heat
