Dave Sess began working for WKBN 27 First News in October, 1998 as a morning anchor and producer. Currently, Dave is co-anchoring the 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts on 27 WKBN.

Prior to coming to WKBN, Dave was a sports anchor at WICU-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Dave was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Colerain H.S. He attended Ohio University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism.

Dave spends his free time golfing and reading and is interested in finance and investing. Dave enjoys sharing news and information with WKBN 27 First News viewers.
