A Mahoning County sheriff's deputy has agreed to retire or resign after an internal investigation. He also resigned from the YSU police department.

The two dogs thrown over the Interstate 680 bridge onto Midlothian Boulevard Monday afternoon are at home recovering as humane agents continue to look for the person behind this incident.
