This is a phenomenal article. We understand the impact of cyberbullying and we are glad people are getting involved to make a difference. We actually created The Great American No Bull Challenge to help eliminate cyberbullying and provide an opportunity for teens to win $25k worth of prizes. We hope that everyone gets involved and helps us make a difference, just like Governor Kasich is doing. Check us out at http://www.facebook.com/NOBULLChallenge

@miki386 I'm sorry but if my neighbor's dog was constantly barking my first thought would not be to kidnap the animal and throw if off a highway overpass. How dare you. There is no justification to this act of animal abuse. What if every problem someone had was handled in this same manner? My neighbor throws loud parties and leaves trash all over the yard, so what I kidnap him and throw him off an overpass? Well at least my problem is taken care of.

jhzab, Yeah, sure... I'm the dumb one here. I'm highly educated and I make $75,000 a year. What do you make bum? Go back to your trailer. trailer park trash!!!

@ JMiller80,..Are for real ? Sounds to me as if You might be the one that did this. I believe the authorities should trace Your IP address. And as for the "dumb animal" statement, I would have to say, and I'm sure I'm not alone here, that You are the dumb one here. I would love to throw the person(s) who did this off a bridge. Whats next ? Children, whoever is doing this is a phsycopath ! and should be killed now !

No offense but have you ever seen the craphole the dogs came from? Granted the dogs didnt deserve that, but maybe the neighobors are sick of the pigstye these cows live in. They have trash piled up in their front porch, the inside of the house smells disgusting...the house isnt fit for man or beast, so whoever did this, was probably tired of the dogs barking all the time. Bet it was a close neighbor. Chris and Jamie Jones are pigs and hopefully this will wake them up....stop living in filth! Clean up the dogs, quit making them bark all the darn time and respect the neighbors! Drive by the house, seriously...4010 lemoyne

I hope whoever is doing this to these animals continues doing it because all of you mental cases think that it is alright to threaten another human being over a dumb animal. What's next? Let/s hang all of the hunters because they kill animals too? Whoever is doing this please don't stop.
